Position Title: Anchorage Area Construction Manager
   
Location:   Anchorage, Alaska

Position Summary

Oversee all of the construction activities in the Anchorage Area. Successfully build work in the Anchorage area.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction activities on jobs being performed in the Anchorage area. Overseeing the development and monitoring of project budgets, schedules and the submittal of required documentation.

  • Assist in acquiring work, negotiated or bid.
    Develop and maintain relationships throughout the construction industry that promote construction growth in the Anchorage area.
  • Participate in special project analysis to include, but not limited to the following:

    • Monthly gross margin review and update
    • Assist in the preparation of the Annual Budget and financial forecasts
    • Update forecast and YTD projections

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Four (4) year engineering or construction related degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience.

  • A minimum of 10 years experience in construction.
