Community Involvement
 
One of Wilder's core values is good corporate citizenship. We are involved in our local communities and encourage (and support) our employees to do so as well. We provide assistance to a number of non-profit organizations each year with financial support, small works and paving projects, and material donations for auction events.

In addition our employees volunteer time as coaches, mentors, and board members of various organizations
